Notebook or Netbook Instalation**Discussion

I'm new to 3CX and need some advise in the Hardware for installing the Software.
For the look at the manual, could I use a Laptop or Netbook with Windows 7 Starter or Home Premium with Atom procesor?
Is 3CX tested on all version of Windows 7?

I have it running on an Atom Processor with 2Gb memory with no issues. It all depends on how busy the system will be.
