Notification Badge Count

Hello everyone, I am new here. I am try to use 3CX as my office communication tools instead of skype.
It's Great! but only one thing I am not sure.

In normal case, is there any Android notification badge count show? Or am I did something wrong?

Hi Jeremy,

If your phone and OS supports notifications, you should be able to see them.

Check your Android settings for the 3CX app specifically (App Info > Notifications) and see if you have the option to enable the badges
