Hello,
We are a small local association of 10 people.
Currently we have 3CX Pro in version 16.
4 people are also "agents" to take calls.
I have a call flow designer who directs calls in a call queues (2 in total).
For phones we have Yealink T56A (refurbished).
Our problem, in the evening we are often connected from our home. There are only 2 agents in the evening, another volunteer and me. We take advantage of the calm to discuss certain cases. But we are still connected as an "agent" also because the number is active.
When the other volunteer and I speak on the phone, we are not notified that a call is waiting. Impossible with BLFs to see the status of a queue.
Only solution, install the software under Windows and have it open to see the call. But we often move away from the screen to speak. We have Bluetooth headsets on the Yealink. So we don't see the software.
I am looking for a solution to get an audio signal on the phone. A double call ringtone. With Asterisk we had an audio signal. If we spoke internally and a queue call came in, we had a beep.
Bests Regards,
Brice
