Read our guide on how to configure a SIP Trunk / VoIP Provider. This covers the generic steps required to configure a trunk with 3CX. Take note of the below special configuration requirements for Nova:
- Enter the main trunk number in the national format (e.g. 65553119).
- You can only present numbers associated with your account as Outbound Caller ID.
- In case an inbound call is forwarded through your Nova SIP Trunk the originator's caller ID can be displayed.
