Take note of the below special configuration requirements for Nova: Enter the main trunk number in the national format (e.g. 65553119). You can only present numbers associated with your account as Outbound Caller ID. In case an inbound call is forwarded through your Nova SIP Trunk the originator's caller ID can be displayed.
