Nubie Question about Versions

On the Website is clearly says "Get free IP PBX / SIP server software for Windows and set-up a professional phone system that allows you to transfer calls and make calls via low cost VOIP providers or via PSTN lines"

Yet in the product comparison it says that the free version does not have:

Windows Call Assistant

Ability to place calls
Ability to transfer calls

Maybe I just don't understand the Call Assistant Feature.

Can the Free Version transfer calls? and Can it utilize a PSTN line assuming you have a proper Gateway Device?

The thing about not placing or transfering calls is referring to the Call assistant.
You can transfer and place calls thoug with the free version of 3CX, Call assistant on 3cx version only gives you the status of lines, extensions, and the calls to a certain extension.
