Hello, our internal numbers have 5 digits.
Problem is, we can not use numbers 10000 - 10003 as extension numbers
Error is "Given DN number cannot be used "

Is it possible, that this numbers are SIP Trunk numbers? We have 4 SIP Trunks.
Is it possible to change internal SIP Trunk numbers?

Have you check groups, ivr and queues to see if any have these numbers ?

Yes, we checked ringing groups, ivr, queues, fax extensions, everywhere.
In Activity log we can see this numbers, for example:

Alerting Line:10001>>
Calling T:Line:10001>>

And when i tried call from my extension to this numbers, then in activity Log is:

[Flow] Target endpoint for 10001 is Out#:>>Rule{xxxxxx}>>10001

Hello @Tomas Raska

You are correct that the PBX assigns an extension number to every trunk and it is using that range.
If you navigate to your SIP trunks section and search for 10001 you will see the trunk that is holding that extension number. Currently it is not possible to change the internal numbering for the trunks.
