Number Blacklist on V8

A "number blacklist" has been mentioned as a new feature in Version 8 but after a test installation and a quick scan of the menus I'm unable to find where this is implemented. The manual doesn't seem to mention it either.

Sorry, I was assuming (incorrectly) that it was a blacklist for the entire system, not an extension by extension basis.
