Hi there,
I´m a little bit stuck in handling outgoing numbers.
E.g. If I call a +49123456 3cx handles this number without the international prefix as 123456. On this number my outbound rules are working. On ever number (national, regional, local) outgoing calls are working. But if I explicit dial the international prefix from the scratch, the number could not be reached.
In the activity log is show that the regional outbound rule catches wrong (it adds the regional prefix) and then I have a totally wrong prefix (mixup of dialled prefix without international ID but with int. and regional prefix added.
In the SIP header Messages the number is shown correctly.
Why ist the original dialed international number internally reformatted and where can I stop it. I already deleted the assignment of the international outbound rule, without success.

This sort of thing happens when the rules are not in the correct order. Rules are read from top to bottom and the number will match the first rule it finds. You may need to rearrange your rules, or perhaps even make them a bit more specific.

good idea... but... I have already rearranged a few times, changed specifications and EVERYTIME i dial an international nummer this voodoo happens and the regional rule is acting... grrr.
It´s becauce the nummer is reformatted before the rule processing. Rules otherwise are working like a charme. But where could be a preprocessing of reformatting the international prefix. I think it should be globally configured. Any idea?

Look at the E1.64 settings

Dear 3cx community,
thanks to fxbastler and SweetAction, I have found the E164 item in the menu under “Advanced” and deactivated it. As I had never activated it (must be the default), I had never thought of deactivating it before. Furthermore, I had only ever checked the item in the trunk under Options. Grrr. Never mind. It works.
