Numbers get matched in CRM Integration test but not on inbound calls

Hello,

I am currently trying to integrate our CRM to 3CX.

I created a XML file and imported it to 3CX.

When I test the configuration my cell number gets matched.

When I call my 3CX extension with the cell phone it just shows the number, not the Name of the contact.

So far I have restarted the 3CX Server and setup a new extension to call. I am using the webclient for calls.

Any help on why it does not show the caller name or how to enable it is appreciated.

Hello Martin,

You should enable verbose logging first, please check this:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/collecting-logs-for-3cx-support/

Then make a call and check the 3cxSystemService.log file, which will contain all the interactions between 3CX and the CRM. There you will see what's being sent and the response received, and that will help you to understand the issue.

thanks for the reply.

I enabled verbose logging and checked the log, but I don't know what to look for in the log. It seems that it matched the number to a contact in the crm.

But it still only shows the calling number, no contact name in the webclient.

I attached the anonymized log below, maybe you can spot whats wrong.

However, there is no match:

That means that there is something wrong in your XML template. I see that this is a custom made template. Can you share it with me so I take a look?

I took another look at the XML and found a typo. Now it works.
