Hi All,

Having some issues with the Nutshell integration not uploading, I have downloaded this from 3CX and attempting to import but I receive Invalid File Format despite no changes being made.

Does anyone have a working template for Nutshell they could send me?

The integration with Nutshell was created long time ago for another version of 3CX. You might need to make changes to it in order to get it working, as it's no longer being maintained by 3CX.
