I have got a 3cx instance in aws with a Pro license and i'm trying to sync the O365 GAL with 3cx but struggling to get it to work.
I've configured the Impersonated account as per 3cx article https://www.3cx.com/docs/how-to-create-impersonated-user/ and also followed the instructions on https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/pbx-crm-integration/#h.5q3i8vyk3vdt however I can only get the personal contacts to sync the GAL contacts do not get synced to 3cx, or client software/phones.
Has anyone come across this before or has any ideas?
