Hi there,

have a new installation where no object can be found on the webside (not a single one). I can see all settings I have made, but if I want to change something, there is always the problem "Object not found - No Object found with this ID. Session may expired"

Please let me know if you have any ideas here.

Thanks and best regards,
Janosch

I'd first recommend you confirm that all 3CX Services are running,

• What OS is the 3CX PBX running on?
• What exact version of 3CX are you running(Dashboard >> Information >> License)?
• Have you tried rebooting the machine at all?
• Where is it hosted, is it on-prem?
• Did this occur after a specific action (upgrade, restore, installation, etc)

Hi Chris,

- its running on rasbian (2021-05-07-raspios-buster-armhf-lite)
- Version 18.0 (Build 1880)
- multiple reboots performed
- on-prem (at home)
- after changing 2nd STUN server to telekom I could not reverse this action

Which Pi are you running? Is this a Pi4?

Had you used this guide and ISO image to deploy?
https://www.3cx.com/docs/installing-pbx-raspberry-pi/

Are you referring to the STUN servers under "Settings >> Network"? How come you changed the STUN server? Does it allow you to switch to static IP?

Do you happen to have a backup before the STUN server change that you can use to restore?

Yes I have a backup before, should I try to restore?
Yes but before you do, try the following command on the OS level to make sure that all services are running:

Code:
systemctl list-units 3CX* nginx* postgresql*

What do you get?

My apologies, but I seem to have mistyped the command, could you perhaps run it one more time?

Code:
systemctl list-units 3CX* nginx* postgresql*

Also, what's the usage of the machine's resources? You could check this from within the 3CX Management Console Dashboard section.

Note: I've edited and correct the previous command as well.

Usage is very low, 7% HDD 6% RAM 1% CPU
See command result attached.

Great, also, all services seem to be running just fine. Make sure you get the same thing regardless of the browser/PC you're connecting from (also try the browser in incognito mode), and if you still get the same, try restoring to the backup that was created before you made the changes.

If for any reason you cannot restore via the Management Console, you can try restoring via the CLI: https://www.3cx.com/docs/backup-restore-command-line/

Note: I do recommend performing this task during out of office hours or during a time when downtime is tolerable.
