obtaining http or rtsp stream

Hi all, does anyone know if it is possible to obtain a video calls video stream via a link such as a rtsp or http link?

I have an IP entryphone and internal touch panel, however the touch panel inside uses RAVA for sip registration and requires the video stream to be provided as a separate link to display the video.

any assistance would be appreciated.
