I've setup a O365 for testing purposes and followed the 3cx instructions for the setup. The status is ok and the only user got created on the 3cx side. I understand that it's not possible to change the extension number?
The old 365 integration was an actual plugin to use with skype for business, just a right click from within the client. How do I go about using it now? Is there a guide for a noob like me on how to make a call from skype for business or teams?
