Good morning,

I've found with Office 365 Integration that it is not showing two users for sync with Office 365.

At first I wondered if this is because they are already extension users within 3CX but deleting them still did not show them eligible to be selected for sync with 3CX.

Incidentally both users are administrators so is 3CX somehow filtering admin users from the sync list?

I am assuming this is not intentional as obviously admin need to use phones too. Feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks as always,

Dave

Please enable verbose logs from the 3CX Console > Dashboard > Activity Logs > Settings. Then perform a synchronization and check the 3cxSystemService.log file for pointers...

Hello,
i had the same problem and it took me some time to figure out!

The problem comes from older O365 accounts, before the migration to Azure AD -> there it is.

Log in to your azure portal go to Azure AD -> list your user and you will see that some users dont have a "User Type" Member. You'll need to connect with Powershell to Fix the Member Problem. As soon as you have done this the missing users will show up.

Set-MsolUser -UserPrincipalName yves.*@**.ch -UserType Member

Hope i could help you with this,
Cheers
Yves
