Solved Office 365 Integration - Sync Office 365 Private Contacts w/ 3CX Phonebook

Followed all steps for Office 365 integration. 3CX reports "Status OK. Real Time Notifications to Office 365 and back are working. This means that changes from Office 365 to 3CX will be updated."

However, when I enable Synch Office 365 Contacts with 3CX Phonebook, select Only These Users, and then click Add Users, I get error message "No more elements to add". I don't see anything in the verbose 3cxSystemService log file.

Syncing of Office 365 Shared Mailbox Contacts with 3CX Company Phonebook works perfectly, so I believe I'm set up correctly.

Any ideas?

Figure out our issue. Our users were created in Azure AD before 8/31/2014. Therefore, they were not set as members.
