I have setup Office 365 integration and get the "Status OK. Real Time Notifications to Office 365 and back are working. This means that changes from Office 365 to 3CX will be updated" confirmation message.
Sync Office 365 users with 3CX Extensions works perfectly and displays all of my available users listed in Office 365. However, under Contact Sync -> Sync Office 365 Contacts with 3CX Phonebook, only three of those users are listed.
All users are user type Member in Azure AD. My login account is a Global Admin. Why can I see all of the users in Sync Office 365 users w/ 3CX Extensions but not under Contact Sync?
