Hi,

I setup the new Office 365 integration, which is running perfectly in terms of syncing users. I also receive no error message. However, contacts obviously are not syncing at all.

Anyone else with this problem? And with a solution? ;)

Cheers and thanks,
Michael

Your non syncing users are likely pre 2014 created users right?

In the Azure portal for office 365 you will see the User Type is missing. You need to logon with powershell to fix this for your older users.

The command is

Set-MsolUser -UserPrincipalName [email protected] -UserType Member

I hope that this gets put on the documentation soon.

Hi,

no, the user has the type "Member". Still - it's not syncing the contacts. :(

Cheers,
Michael

Sorry to hear that. I would get a case open with 3cx.

Has the user the same login and E-Mail Adress?
E-Mail and Login has to be matched...

I am observing some problems in this intergation.

We have a customer that has 85k users under it 365 domain and the query to get information about this users are exceding the time limit of console. So is not possible to see any information about the integration successful or not. It would be great if possible to set a filter in 3CX before the authentication and get information about a specific type of users.

Someone with the same?

I would say there isn't many people with 85K users in one tenant

Kkkkk. Not realy.

But I know that some applications use filters to get information, and these filters are set before authentication process. Or if someone knows how to set up this filter inside 365, on the other side, it would be another way to solve this issue.

Someone?
