Office hours apply on group without DID

I have 3CX Version 20.0 Update 3 (Build 806 Release), and have SIP trunk with 100 DID, I have assigned separate DID's to extensions for incoming and outgoing calls, all extensions belong to the same department, when i configure holidays in the office hours for that department without mentioning DID's it doesn't work, but if i assign DID from the Call Handling - Selecting Department it works, but it also removes the DID assigned to the extension...

So what is the way to make office hours / holidays make work on department basis, without assigning DID's in the Call Handling menu - department.

Hi there. Could you maybe provide a screenshot of what you're referring to for some additional context?

In our 3CX instance, when I edit holidays, office hours, as well as digital receptionists, I don't see a requirement to assign the rules to a particular DID.
