Office Hours Settings

Hi!

A customer need configure Office Hours setting up 08:00am at 06:00pm, but some (not all) extensions need make calls outside this hours.

How to block outgoing calls outside this hours, releasing make calls for some extensions?

How to configure this?

Hello @Eder Pardeiro

You can do so by enabling the option "Block Outbound calls outside of Office Hours" under the extensions you do not want to perform calls after office hours. For the extensions you want to be able to perform calls you can leave this options disabled.
The option can be found under the Options tab of each extension.
