Good morning,

Sorry if this has been asked before, but if I set office hours on an inbound rule do these override what is set on the global office hours?

Hello @BenBaleBUH ,

That is correct, setting specific Office hours on an Inbound Rule, Extension or SIP Trunk will override 3CX's global office hours.

Yes, they do

Any office hours set on the sip trunk, inbound rules ignores the global office hours.
