Hello everyone,

I wanted to ask a quick question, to see if anyone else has this problem and how you're dealing with it if so!

So, my company has a small office setup and some of the users have their mobile phones active on their account. One of our users put their phone on DND, for various personal reasons, but it's affecting both lines.

What I mean by that is, when I create ring group with HUNT selected, it skips the user on DND entirely. Does anyone know a work around for this? I would assume that there's a way to make one visible to call and the other not be, but haven't found anything as of yet.

I appreciate all the help!

There is one extension. If an extension is using a phone and app, and/or web client, the status affects all of them.

If they want to disconnect their mobile app, in the app > (three bar menu) > Accounts, uncheck their account. They will need to check it again to reconnect.

Alternately, in the app, tap the status icon (upper right of app), tap a status, and uncheck "Accept PUSH notifications" for it. Then change to that status when they don't want the phone to ring. This can also be done in the web client under Settings > Call Forwarding, and editing a status.

I see!

Thank you much Steve:-)

I didn't even think to look within the phones(app) settings itself, since the user was able to manipulate both, with just their cellular device.
