Office365 Integration, using syncing

Hi,

We have a 3CX setup with existing extensions.
I've succesfully setup Office356 integration, but am wondering how User sync does work in situations with existing extensions.

Is there a way to bind users from Office365 to existing extensions? Or is it based on the email parameter?

And from what I understand is that Office365 authentication still is not supported yet to login to the webclient?

Hi Kenneth,

1. The users are bound based on the email address if extensions already exist with the corresponding email (to match from O365 -> 3CX). Users that do not yet exist on 3CX , will automatically be created as new extensions.


2. This is not supported, the webclient is an entirely independent entity and will only log in using the 3CX credentials provided by your extension's Welcome Email. You cannot use Office 365 credentials to log into it.
