Offline chat display issue

When chat is offline. Its not clear that the we are currently offline is the placeholder text for entering your message.
There is an issue with escape character for the apostrophe in we'll get back to you a \ character is displayed.
See screenshot below. There doesn't appear to be any way to customise this text.
I also had an issue with the settings not appearing, but I seemed to resolve that by disabling and re-enabling the plugin.
There was an javascript error getting thrown something like Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘nodeName’ of null.

Can you please provide us also some more information in regards to the following error ?
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘nodeName’ of null.

If you try to change theme or disable some plugins temporarily, you will still get that error message?
Do you get it always or just once ? Do you get it on specific page of the Live Chat ?

Hi,
Unfortunately after I had disabled and re-enabled the plugin it appeared to work again so unable to re-produce the problem.
Any feedback regarding how we can resolve the display issue for the chat offline?
