Hello, today i got a client after 8 months of no service, however before he came back he had "extension-example: EXT307"
After he cut service i deleted the extension and create new EXT307 for new agent.
I did the following steps to disconnect him from the 3CX system and give EXT307 to another agent
1. Delete EXT307
2. Create new EXT307 for new agent (i use lastpass to generate passwords its never the same password)
3. setup EXT307 for the new Agent
However today i got my old client back who had EXT307 8 months ago, and when i connected with anydesk to setup other EXT.
i saw that he has EXT307 still Connected and Ready on his 3cx desktop app even after deleting EXT307 and creating new one with new password and another name and email
I need help to figure out what's the proper way to disconnect Extensions and make sure the old agent can't have access anymore.
Kind Regards.
