on hold music AND language packs

Hej there, i have tried to change on hold file with a converted mp3 to wav, however 3cx ver 3 latest build continue to bring the original into use.
my question would be i there are any special requirement for wav files in order to opereta on the server.

I read somewhere that several languages would be supported with the January release 2007. Can i download those somewhere ?
