on hold music on dial out

Hey guys,

Got an issue where instead of hearing the normal "ring ring" when dialing out i get the on hold music??? anyone shed any light?

Im using SIP trunk for outgoing calls

Is this a new issue, or hos has it been this way since "turn up"? What does the 3CX log show for a call?

been like this since we installed it. logs dont show much regarding why it does it.

Does the log show that the call has been passed onto your provider? What provider are you using? Is the music the same "tune" that you hear when a call is placed on hold? Have you spoken to your provider?
