on site pbx login I do not see the admin icon anymore

this morning when I login to the pbx I do not see the admin icon on the bottom left corner. Anyone know how how to get it back? Is there an issues? just happened today.

Hi,
Check your Console Restrictions. If you are not connecting from an allowed IP, the admin button will not show up.

strange.. i login remotely and use the same username and password and I do not see the admin icon.. but when I login locally with the same username and password It show the admin icon.. why does it do that?

added my public IP to the allowed IP but still do not see the admin icon when login remotely.. login locally worked.

I would try "Allow access from everywhere" and see if that works and then troubleshoot from there.

Check what IP it does see you as coming from, perhaps the IP it sees is not the same as you consider to be your public?

You need to add the IP address of where you are connecting from.

This is one of the 3CX security measures. If you connect from an unauthorised IP address the admin button wont show.

When you are remote, ask Google to show you your IP address. This is the IP address that needs to be allowed.
