On transfer ring sound rather than hold music

Is there anyway to set this up? We have customers complaining about this all the time. They prefer the ring sound while the caller is waiting for an answer instead of the hold music.

Please note that while you transfer a call the caller hears the default music on hold of the PBX. That can be changed by navigating to settings / Music on hold settings and change the default music on hold with the usprogresstone wav file. This will affect all cases where the caller listens to music on hold though and not just the transfer.
