I have a shipping phone setup so that when a delivery call box is used, it calls the shipping extension. That extension also has a couple of iphones on it for people to respond when a delivery is made. Both iphones have 3cx installed. One iphone receives the inbound call, the other does not. We have removed, reinstalled and reconfigured the 3cx and same issue, It's running latest IOS. User said it used to work a week ago but then stopped working. Out of ideas. Thoughts?
