one way audio in 3CXphone

hello,
i have quesion i'm working with the 3CXPhone on my laptop and also all my colleags are working with it.
but i have a problem with the audio. when i dail a telephone # the people on the other end of the line can't hear me.
i can hear them but not the otherway around.
what can this be? it's really iritating bucause we can't use it now.

even when we switch off the firewall it still doesn't work.
i hope someone can help me.

Are you connected to the LAN or are you on a remote site. Are you using the tunell? Do you have port forwarding set up correctly?

Could it be your Mic? Does it work in other applications?

thanks for all your reply's

but what solved the problem was de install version 9 totaly.
and then install the version 8 phone and then install the version 9 assistant and it works.
i don't have the problem anymore.
