One way audio ( no internet . no firewall )

i install 3CX on vmware with sip trunk and 2 fanvil phone .. every thing working well ... but there is one way audio when i make out call ... my 3CX PBX has no internet connection and there is no firewall connected to it .. so please no one tell me to check firewall ports or disaple sip alg

• Where are you calling to - from.
• I guess if you are not using the internet you are using a gateway - model and type please.
• Have you run a PCAP from 3CX ? this is the best way to see audio issues.

i call from fanvil ext to mobile number
i don't have gateway because i use local sip trunk
- yes i run it the problem is n the port ... i don't make any port forwarding as i tell you i don't have any ext outside so i use no internet

OK this is something that is new to me, local SIP trunk ? it is my understanding that to use a SIP trunk you need the internet, I have never known any other instance of this.

Regardless send over a PCAP from 3CX. https://www.3cx.com/docs/capture-network-traffic/
