1. locations of devices [X-lite and gateway] and PBX. (IP addresses and hosts).
2. 3CXMediaServer.trace.log in "verbose" mode. To have clean log, just restart media server service and then replicate this call.

There is the "file". Its name is "3CXMediaServer.trace.log"
You can create a support package from management console. It will include all logs and your system configuration.
or
You can navigate to %ALLUSERSPROFILE%/Application Data/3cx/data/logs (2003 server and XP) or %SYSTEMDRIVE%/ProgramData/3cx/data/logs (2008/Vista). It should be there.

If you find that log file it gives you cookies and candy and perhaps even insight into why your system is not working.

You could also turn on verbose logging, I think that will display the information we need aswell.
