One-way audio

we are getting oneway audio from the 3cx app on Iphones at our remote location. the phones are using data from verizion.

iPhone over tunnel (5090)?
Can you do a Wireshark and see anything of value?

tunnel is was just turn on the device.

Just follow this, the PCAP can be taken from the PBX's interface now:

You need to take extra care when running PCAP traces with the tunnel (where you take the PCAP from) as it is an encrypted tunnel and will thus mask traffic.
