onging issue with smartnode 4960

actualy it is changed, box restarted and stillusing that ip no idea how to get rid of it
 
Jeremy,

I would suggest that you get a commercial edition with a support package. You have a fair amount of tech queries and i believe getting paid tech support would help you.
 
thanks for that, however we already have a paid eddition with support, unfortunatly the support is not helping much at all

Did you open a support ticket for this?

If not, please do so to allow us to handle this correctly.

The patton network interfaces are coming up and down repeatedly which means that you have a network configuration issue.

I just tried to configure my 4960 following the instruction you are recommend on this site but i just get the same error message in the boot log :

Are you sure that you are really generating a configuration file which is compliant with the firmware R5.1 ?

The config file you are using is for a R4.2 firmware.
