open activity page instead of contact

Hi all
when call arrived with known number, 3cx open that contact. How can I change to phone activity page.
it's mean when call arrived with known and unknown number, 3cx will open the phone activity page to user can write description and choose best regarding.

system : 3cx + Dynamic 365 on-primes

You will need to edit the scripts we provide and create a customized plugin...

I have enterprise 3cx license. this change included in support? if NOT, how can I do this change in script? which file?

Customizations aren't included in support. You need to do this yourself. The script files are in folder "C:\ProgramData\3CXPhone for Windows\PhoneApp\DotNetScripts\MicrosoftDynamicsCRM".
