Are you using 3CX integrated Live Chat or the Stand Alone Version?

Do you mean a hotkey to open the Chat interface in the Web Client?

First thanks you for answer, i mean i have the wordpress plugin and the image below it from the backend, from the front-end i wanna link button call for example (Open chat), end them automatically the chat open. Let me know if you get it

Have you followed the guide to set up Live Chat? Once configured correctly, you will be able to escalate the calls to escalate the calls to audio / video calls.

You have to use the Gutenberg in order to open up the chat window.

So what you can do is instead of having your own button, use the Gutenberg and style it based on your preferences.

Gutenberg has the logic to popup the chat window. This logic cannot be hosted on whatever button.
