Open integration URL for transfered calls.

Is it possible when we have defined integration URL to use it also when inbound call is transfered to another user?
Simple example. We have receptionist receiving all inbound calls, extension 001 for example. URL for integration is open She decides another user to resolve call. She transfer call (with or without any answer) to another extension, for example 002. And there is the what we need. Can be open integration URL for user of extension 002, the same as for 001?

The information of the calling contact is attached to the call, so it will be available to the next extension as long as you make a blind transfer. If you make an attended transfer, this is a new call, and the second extension will see the receptionist extension as the caller number.

And am I understanding right that for blind transfer when extension 002 see external number then also integration URL is used. For attended one there is no chance for integration.
