Open lead page only for the agent who pick the call

Hello all,

As I'm new in 3CX to salesforce integration, my 3CX to saleforce connection works properly but I have a scenario where, there is a grooup and there are three members in the group. So, when a call redirect to the group, all three users will receive the call and the lead page will be opened to all three users. So, I want the agent who picks the call only that users will see the lead page in browser not all other usres. Is it possible or it's a standard functionality of 3CX?

This is something that will be included in the next update of 3CX.

Meanwhile, you can configure the Web Client / Desktop App > Settings > Integration > Off. This will turn the popup off, but the CRM contact icon will still be shown. Then the agent can click on that icon to launch the popup just before answering the call. It would be an additional click, but maybe it's better than having the popup on all the extensions.
