open url for internal incoming call

We like to open a url for incoming calls on a webclient with the caller number. Over the integration configuration at the user it is no problem to open a url for external incoming calls.
Do you have a idea, how I can open the url also for internal incoming calls?

I can not route the calls over a trunk because some user display the main number for external calls. This means that it does not display all users correctly for the recipient.

Internal calls will never trigger this contact URL popup in any way. There's no workarounds.

I am looking for an alternative so that a URL with the caller ID can be opened for internal incoming calls to the PWA when connected.
Tapi would be a possibility, but unfortunately not with the PWA.
Does anyone have another idea?

There's no other way other than using a third-party softphone, if any have that feature.

Internal calls don't trigger any integration.

We can do it with the Call Control API, but it would be complicated to build from scratch. First you have to build a service application that connects locally to the 3CX Call Control API and subscribes to call events. Then the application would have to push those events to a client application running on your PC. Finally, the client application would perform whatever actions are needed (post to an API).

We already have the service application (VoIPTools Relay), and we have developed special purpose client applications to listen for those events and take actions (Examples: wrap-up codes, emergency notifications, queue updates, etc.). So we can do it without having to start from scratch.
