openai missing in latest update

Hi have a customer that I was going to test openai transcription with. they are running a v20 - 4sc pro hosted by digital ocean. After latest update the openai option is missing from the integrations>transcription page. Is the only option to use to use Google Speech?

Also even though transcription is now "Off" in the departments > default > options the transcription option is showing "voicemails only".

if openai only available in enterprise? i do see it as an option in my enterprise hosted by 3cx instance.

Yes, OpenAi is only available in the Enterprise edition. It was available temporarily in the PRO up to Update 3, but it is now enforced to Enterprise.

Gotcha! - thanks for the quick reply - i've never used the google speech setup before do you know if its possible to use 1 google account and have it be used in different 3cx instances without any security issues?

It would be recommended to have them on different Google Accounts, especially if it is different customers!

It doesnt have to be a Gsuite account. It can be a Joe Standard gmail account too.

How does this apply now that 3CX is hosting their own transcription service? Do we still need OpenAI for summary and sentiment analysis? Admittedly, it is the transcription that is expensive, and less expensive to perform the analysis with OpenAI.
