Solved OpenAI Transcription Working, but no Sentiment

Hi - we are testing our system with this, 32SC Enterprise and while I'm getting transcriptions just find for voicemails and recordings, I'm not getting a sentiment analysis. I didn't see any specific steps in the OpenAI setup guide to get this working so I'm hoping someone here can point me to the right check box.

Check your OpenAI setup. Whisper is working (transcript) but not the gpt4 model (sentiment and summary.) Check your limits, billing and API key permissions.

I apparently can't read very well. I had gpt-4-o instead of gpt-4-turbo. I updated, we'll see if that fixes.
