OpenCNAM missing?

I was trying to implement OpenCNAM integration using SID and auth token but can't even find the OpenCNAM listed in the server integration.

Am I missing something here or does this only apply to Pro and Enterprise versions? I can work around this by implementing by IP address but would like clarification.

First, please note that the CRM integration feature is only available in Pro and Enterprise versions, as explained here:
https://www.3cx.com/ordering/pricing/

However, please note that the integration with OpenCNAM has not been released yet. It will be released shortly with the upcoming Update 5.
