OpenContact Url without prepend the hostname

HI,
as the picture . I am using MySQL as my crm integration.
but when I open the contact or the phone inbound the hostname is always prepend at the correct url .
please help .

I have spent lots of time trying to solve the situation

Hello @Posica,

For the Contact URL Prefix, you should configure the URL starting with "http://" or "https://", so it's a valid URL. That should fix the issue.

I have tried many ways to want to solve issue.
As the photos setting with http:// or https:// still the same as prepending URL

I have help orthers integrate Zoho and 3CX at other 3cx server and that is normal.

also the contact button was the same Prepending URL as photo

Please try removing all CRM contacts from the 3CX Console > Advanced > Contacts. If you don't do this, you will have contacts with the previous URL that might be the ones being poped up.
