We are currently running v15.5 on Windows 2012 and attempting to upgrade to v16. We created a backup file and uninstalled v15.5. When installing v16 using the backup file we get to the Operator Extension page and it correctly pulls the receptionists name and email, but the extension number is blank and greyed out. There are two errors saying it cannot be blank and the extension is reserved for conferencing. Do we have to change the Operator Extension from the current 700 before upgrading? We can't get past this screen to complete the upgrade.Thanks in advance!
