Operator into call group

Hello guys,

We have incoming calls on a group of 4 users. One of them answer more often so he asks if he can receive more than one by one on his phone.

I know call groups can't manage it so I tried to flow the calls on the operator's phone first and if timeout or something, transfer to the call group (including the operator)

Question : How to manage external call timeout time ? I check in deep settings but don't work.

Is extension most answering set in first in RG ? if not use move up button to push it first
you can modify a parameter to allow RG to have multiple calls, this is 3cx unsupported but it works.
change value to 1 instead of 0 by default.

So... the one member of a ring group, want to be able to answer a second call (second line key on the set?), while already on a call, is that what you are trying to achieve?

I didn't know that we could get around this @aws2p ! Looks like the RG just ringing on all phones even if busy, that's perfect !
