Option for upgrade to v18 not appearing on Raspbian

I just upgraded to 16.0.8.16 successfully, but under updates now, all that it says is "Your system is up to date". How do I get an option to upgrade to v18 to appear?. Running on a pi4, buster 10. We do not have ipv6 enabled.

Not sure what time frame 'just' is but assuming it was right before this post I'd give it a day to let 3CX phone home and do all it's house keeping and then see if it shows up.

Yes I did literally mean 'just before posting'. Still no change this morning, but I'll wait a couple of days and give an update here at that time.

Since you're already running Debian 10 (Buster) I'm afraid the upgrade to 3CX v18 will not appear. The upgrade to v18 also involves and OS upgrade from Debian 9 to Debian 10 and that is why it is not appearing in your case.

The best course of action now would be to take a backup, move it away from the host, re-flash the pi with the ISO found in our guide, install 3CX and restore the backup during installation.

The link for the iso image on that page points to: https://downloads.raspberrypi.org/r...5-28/2021-05-07-raspios-buster-armhf-lite.zip which would appear to be a buster image, not a 'stretch' image (debian 9), so I'm a bit confused as to why this approach would work

Because for v18, you need Debian/Raspian 10 Buster, not Stretch.

Re-installing 3CX will install 3CX v18 directly meaning you will not have to upgrade. Re-flashing is to ensure that you end up with a clean slate.

So, the backup restore will convert from v16 to v18 automatically?
Wouldn't it be simpler to uninstall 3cx v16 and re install v18? (I have customizations that I'd have to research and re-apply)

This should theoretically work but since you'll be going through the uninstall/install process reflashing the sd with the latest version of the ISO to also end up with a clean OS would be our recommendation.

Theoretically though you could indeed try uninstalling and re-installing as per our guide and it should work. Should you face issues however, I'd then definitely recommend re-flashing.
