If you wish to block a specific number, you can add it manually in the Blacklisted Numbers (Advanced >> Blacklisted Numbers)

Yes thanks, that's the current and only method: Go to Call log, Locate number, select and copy, move to blacklist, add, paste, click ok. The suggestion is to add a button to the call log - one click.

I mean the post is from 2014, things have changed in the last 9+ years.

That being said, it's already a requested feature and you can vote for it here: https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/quick-block-caller-button-option.59361/

With exactly 1 vote in 5 years it's not highly requested, so it's unlikely to be implemented quickly.
