Options during voicemail

Howdy!

I have a customer with a request. When someone in listening to their voicemail, they want to have the user press a key, ie # and have it directed to a specific extension in this case his personal assistant. This is different from the pressing 0 option to goto the universal operator.

if something like this possible?

There are no customization's available.
* and 0 both goto the default Operator.

Folks have asked for Operator by Group or Extension. I have seen other requests to have the person paged within the building (I like that one). I would suggest a trip to http://www.3cx.com/ideas/ and address it there.
